There are 54 trail heads within 30 minutes of downtown Chattanooga leading to hundreds of miles of trails. Without compare, Chattanooga is trail city USA. Our runs are generally 5 to 10 miles in length, with weekend runs going longer and always on trails. Some of us jog, some of us run, some of us race. All speeds are welcome. The Head of the Hooch is the second largest regatta in the country.
